Sales, Returns, Exchange and Refund Policies
Lifevestdepot.com believes that everyone have their own expectations about their water ski vest, life vest, flotation device, flotation jacket equipment. With that said, if for any reason at all, you are dissatisfied with the product ordered, as long as the product has not been used and is still in its original condition, products may be returned to us for exchange, return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Furthermore, Lifevestdepot.com will replace the product(s) or issue refunds at no cost to the customers if the product(s) is/are delivered under any one of these following 2 conditions.
1. Wrong product - If you get the wrong part due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect parts (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct part or give you a full refund (including shipping charges).
2. Defective Product – If you have received a defective product, please notify us immediately and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product, we’ll ship out the replacement right away.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without RMA # or after 30 days after the original purchase date. Any refused shipment sent back to LifeVestDepot.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with LifeVestDepot.com to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment returned to LifeVestDepot.com for credit is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and deduction of shipping cost.
LifeVestDepot.com returns or refunds will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adherence to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge to the customer.
30 Days Return Procedures – NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS, REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR RETURN
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned item. You have 30 days from the day you have received your product to file for a return with the guidelines below. You can request a RMA number by sending an email to
customerservice@LifeVestDepot.com
with the following information:
Your name
Your phone number
Your billing address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning the item
Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
A credit back to your credit card will take anywhere from 10 – 30 days to appear on your credit card from the day we issue the credit advice. Please be advised that this matter is not within our control and it all depends on the individual bank’s business practice.
